These Terms govern your use of nutriloomnutrition.com, booking enquiries and participation in our retreats in Ukraine.

2. Booking enquiries
An enquiry is a request only. A distance contract arises when we confirm in writing and you pay the deposit. Pre-contract information, cancellation rights and dispute resolution access are provided under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX (Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023).
3. Retreats, prices and cancellation
Operator details, itinerary, total price, licence information and cancellation terms are given before booking under Закон України «Про туризм» від 15.09.1995 № 324/95-ВР (Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995).
4. Personal data, cookies and communications
We process personal data and use cookies only on a lawful basis, usually your explicit consent, and publish a privacy policy under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 06.12.2024 № 8153-IX (Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 8153-IX of 06.12.2024) and Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX (Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Communications' No. 1089-IX of 16.12.2020).
5. Advertising and language
Advertising is truthful and not misleading under Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР (Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996). Consumer information is provided in Ukrainian per Закон України «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної» від 25.04.2019 № 2704-VIII (Law of Ukraine 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language' No. 2704-VIII of 25.04.2019).
6. Liability, disputes and contact
